  This Lowe's is convenient for much of the work we do. The associates in each department are very knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all are the people at checkout and the supervisors. They are always friendly and fast no matter what the transaction entails. We capture costs in different accounts and this is done flawlessly. Based on our experience with Lowe's and other like stores, this one is the best we see.

  bought a new riding lawn mower and was told that I would be contacted by Lowe's delivery later that day for a delivery time for the next day . I had to call lowes the next morning and was told that their guess would be sometime in the afternoon but wasn't sure. they delivered it still attached to the crate and said it was the customers responsibility to un crate it not theirs. called Lowe's to complain about my delivery service and they said that was their new delivery policy . I told them that was poor customer service. they said that was the way it was get over it!! I said I'll shop Home Depot from know on. very poor service on lowes part!!!, also it was very dirty . they should have cleaned it up ! There again sorry .sorry customer service!@ lowes.
