  Manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will not shop here for this reason alone. Treats employees and customers awfully. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  A couple of times I have tried to get a product from Bed Bath & Beyond at Johnson City, TN, but since it's not available I go online since it takes the same amount of time for the store to order it as myself to order it. This time I needed a product that same weekend: BBB website said Bristol didn't carry the product, but Google said it did carry the product. I called Bristol, they answered the phone immediately, looked up the product and told me it was in stock and where to find it. (I also called JC location just in case but neither Google, BBB website, nor employee over the phone said they carried the product I needed.) I drove 45 minutes and was very surprised to see the variety of products is more than the Johnson City location, and literally employees everywhere asking you if you needed help, which I did hoping I'd get lucky to find another product that was again only available to me online beforehand: not so at Bristol!! I not only got everything I was hoping to find but I also started to wait at the cash registers when an employee came out of the office and helped me immediately. With little children by my side, their help and speedy service was extremely appreciated. Best BBB I've ever been to ever. Kudos to management, employees, and whoever keeps inventory.
